We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your printed artwork due to manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or store credit. Color variations due to monitor calibration differences are not considered defects.

7. Health and Safety

Our iris photography process uses specialized camera equipment with controlled lighting. The process is non-invasive and safe. However, if you have any eye conditions, recent eye surgery, or light sensitivity, please inform our staff before your session. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe the process may cause discomfort.
